A - Yes, you can shop online on Kingsize.ie and then before you check out, you can leave a note in the comments box regarding which store you want to collect from and on which day.

Q - How long does delivery take when you order from Kingsize.ie?

A - Delivery in Ireland takes usually around 2 working days. Delivery to the UK takes around 2-3 working days.

Q - How much do Kingsize.ie charge for delivery?

A - Delivery across Ireland & Northern Ireland is free for any order over €50 and is €5 for any order under €50. Delivery to the UK and Europe costs €20 but is free for any order over €200.

Q - How do I return an item I bought on Kingsize.ie?

A - All returns can be posted to Kingsize, 9 Tuam Rd Retail Centre, Tuam Road, Galway or alternatively you can visit one of our shops (Dublin or Galway). If a product is faulty in any way, please return it and we will arrange delivery of a new one or organise a refund (including postage) immediately. Please note that if a product is being returned because it is unwanted we will offer a refund less the cost of postage.
