Returns Policy

At kingsize.ie we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy you may return your goods, with your receipt, within 60 days, for an exchange or refund. It is advisable that proof of postage is obtained and that you return goods by An post or other appropriate means. Any refunds will be credited to the card used for the original purchase. We will need to call you to refund the money, as we do not keep your card details online. If you paid by Paypal, we will return the money to your PayPal account immediately.

In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear.

The returned goods must be

1. fit for re-sale,
2. complete with all labels,
3. unused or washed.

If a product is faulty in any way, please return it and we will arrange delivery of a new one or organise a refund (including postage) immediately. Please note that if a product is being returned because it is unwanted we will offer a refund less the cost of postage.

Alternatively, you can return anything to either of our shops, in Dublin Or Galway. If you can, please bring your invoice if you are using this method. If not, we will have a record online and can use that. We do not have time restrictions on returns as long as its reasonable. If you wish to swap a size it is recommended that yoy call the relevant shop and we can have it kept for you.

Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights as a customer.
