Refund & Exchange Policy
If you decide that the product you purchased from us is not exactly what you were looking for, or is the wrong size there is no problem returning it to us. Kingsize Menswear guarantees to refund any item purchased that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post or in person in either Galway or Dublin store. *Returns by post are at the customers expense*
The online and instore refund and exchange period is 30 days, from the date of purchase on presentation of the receipt.
Items must be returned as sold, in saleable condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Additional non-returnable items
Gift cards – We do not accept returns of gift cards.
Returns by post
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
